Shepherds Solicitors and Estate Agents were Established in Dundee in 1985 and conveniently located in the City Centre,.They are a member of Tayside Solicitor Property Centre (TSPC).
The objective of the task was to showcase the property at The Old Boathouse, Woodhaven Pier, St.Fort Road, Wormit DD6 8LA. The property is situated on a stunning riverside location in Wormit, Scotland. The house is 3 levels all with river views and split into the main house and also a 3 bedroom guesthouse.

All of our jobs are carried out with safety in mind and we have strict rules and permissions in place from the Civil Aviation Authority. We are fully licensed and have public liability insurance. Before any job we carry out lots of pre-planning and then again we do risk assessments on site on the day of the job.
