This week we have been filming at Scotscraig Golf Course in Tayport for the annual Dundee & Angus Chamber of Commerce Golf Day 2017.
Filming
Rising View provided aerial drone photography and video for the event for FREE as we are a member of Dundee and Angus Chamber of Commerce.
We were working along with Foremost Golf and Sports Photography who are also members of the Chamber and were capturing the event from the ground.
How We Filmed
To capture all the action we used a number of different cameras and filming techniques to get up close to the action but at the same time not disturb the golfers. We used aerial drone filming, gimbal stabilised cameras, go pro cameras and also masts with cameras on top.
Golf Filming
Rising View are experienced in filming at Golf Courses having previously done hole-by-hole aerial flyovers for courses such as Downfield Golf Club, Balumbie Castle Golf Club and Forbes of Kingennie Golf Course.
Previously we have done aerial drone filming for the European Tour, IMG and also for the Alfred Dunhill Cup which is played on the world famous Scottish courses at St Andrews Old Course, Carnoustie Championship Course and Kingsbarns Golf Links.
Golf Services
Rising View can create a drone-aerial golf course flyover video which will impress golfers and put you in front of your competition.
Show off your fairway, hole placement and club house by using drone photography to create a view from above. You can even show the surrounding area, access roads and car parking.
It is the perfect promotional video, set to music or with a professional voice-over it will engage and inform readers of your website. The video will encourage golfers to visit and persuade advertisers to use your course.
Combined with traditional ground photography you can produce a comprehensive overview of your club for your website and print publications.
Get ahead of your competitors and use our drone photography golf package to enhance your marketing strategy.

The Open Trophy
The Open Trophy or the Claret Jug to use its proper name was on display at Scotscraig Golf Club for participants of the event to get their photograph with. The Royal and Ancient Golf Club had kindly brought it along for the day and also done a talk about the upcoming Open Championship held in Carnoustie Golf Links in 2018.
