Task: Provide a promotional video using aerial drone video to showcase a beautiful villa for sale in Carnoustie, overlooking the championship course. Carnoustie Golf Links is the venue for The 147th Open Championship in 2018 and this house is the closest to the 18th hole.

This is a project we completed for the property and the media will be shown on www.carnoustiegolfpropertyforsale.com. They understand the importance of professional aerial photography when it comes to selling houses. They also wanted to try out our drone service as it puts them ahead of the competition.
The objective of the task was to provide a aerial photography which would showcase a very unique opportunity to purchase a beautifully presented traditional semi-detached villa, offering stunning southerly views over the 1st tee and the 18th green of Carnoustie’s Championship Course. They also wanted aerial 360 Panorama to show the surrounding area.
We were happy to oblige and as you can see from the video we created a birds-eye view video of the area and also used a traditional ground-based video to create a virtual tour to highlight one of the properties that they had for sale.
As you can see, using drone photography enables you to bring attention to the features of the property that can’t be done with a traditional camera. You can also see the surrounding area. This is important if you are marketing your properties to people from outside Carnoustie or indeed Scotland.
