This is a project we completed for Fife Properties Estate Agents. They understand the importance of professional aerial photography when it comes to selling houses. They also wanted to try out our drone service as it puts them ahead of the competition.
The objective of the task was to provide a short aerial drone video and ground walkthrough which would showcase a ground floor apartment with beautiful uninterrupted views towards the Firth of Forth and May Isle, located in the East Neuk village of Crail, Fife. They also wanted aerial pictures and 360 virtual tour.
We were happy to oblige and as you can see from the video we created a birds-eye view video of the area and also used a traditional ground-based video to create a virtual tour to highlight one of the properties that they had for sale.
As you can see, using drone photography enables you to bring attention to the features of the property that can’t be done with a traditional camera. You can also see the surrounding area. This is important if you are marketing your properties to people from outside Crail, Fife, or indeed Scotland.
Aerial 360 Interactive Panorama
A marketing video combined with an interactive 360 panorama allows viewers to have a birds eye view of your project. You can even add markers when clicked can display information and even play videos or show pictures for a more interactive experience.
