Baillies Solicitors and Estate Agents Dundee was established in 1990 (then known as Alan J Baillie), Baillies very quickly grew in to one of the area’s most respected conveyancing and estate agency practices, dealing with purchases and sales for clients throughout Dundee, Tayside and most parts of Scotland. They are a member of Tayside Solicitor Property Centre (TSPC).
The objective of the video was to showcase the detached Victorian villa set on the banks of the River Tay and enjoying uninterrupted spectacular views. Pictures alone could not show off this house so we used aerial photography, video and also a 360 interactive panorama with views at the property and also high above the property to show the location.
The objective of the task was to showcase the property at Reflection, The Waterfront, Newport-on-Tay, Fife. Reflection has a stunning setting, being built on a rocky outcrop on the shoreline of the Firth of Tay. The outlook over the Tay is absolutely superb.
The property is midway between the Tay Road Bridge and the Tay Rail Bridge in the village of Newport-on-Tay. The village is popular with commuters to Dundee and has a range of local shops, a café, two primary schools and a sports centre. Wormit Boating Club is based at nearby Woodhaven Bay. The Royal Tay Yacht Club provides further sailing opportunities at Broughty Ferry, on the Dundee side of the Tay. Dundee offers a full range of shops and leisure and professional services and Dundee High School is a top private school attracting day pupils from throughout the area.
