This is a promotional video for Ryden (the largest independent commercial property advisor in the North of the UK with 35 partners and 110 staff across their seven offices), DM Hall (multi-disciplinary company providing a range of property services from Home Reports to Commercial Property Valuations) and Graham & Sibbald (made up of over 200 highly qualified professionals, located in 14 offices across Scotland).

Rising View were asked to make a promotional video using aerial drone video to showcase an industrial unit (4940sq ft) rental opportunity with office and kitchen facilities, in a prime trade park in the Scottish Borders. Unit 1, Hawick Trade Park, Burnfoot Industrial Estate, Hawick, close proximity to Peebles, Galashiels and Selkirk.

Interactive Sales Brochure

Ryden created an interactive sales brochure avilable to download from their website or to email to potential customers.  This combined a normal sales brochure layout along with links to view the video, aerial 360 and virtual tour of the property.

They understand the importance of professional aerial photography when it comes to marketing properties for sale or lease. They also wanted to try out our drone service as it puts them ahead of the competition.

We were happy to oblige and as you can see from the video we created a birds-eye view video of the area and also used a traditional ground-based video to create a virtual tour to highlight one of the properties that they had for sale.

As you can see, using drone photography enables you to bring attention to the features of the property that can’t be done with a traditional camera. You can also see the surrounding area. This is important if you are marketing your properties to people from outside Edinburgh or indeed Scotland.

A 360º interactive virtual panoramic tour gives a property viewer a different perspective. Space and light are highlighted and it shows off the property as if you are walking through it. You can see clearly where doors and windows are positioned and the amount of space available in the room.

Aerial 360 Interactive Panorama

A marketing video combined with an interactive 360 panorama allows viewers to have a birds eye view of your project.  You can even add markers when clicked can display information and even play videos or show pictures for a more interactive experience.

Check out our interactive panorama high above the Edinburgh Interchange in Newbridge below.  You can see the surrounding area including Edinburgh Airport and the Queensferry Crossing.  Nearby roads include the M8 and M9 motorways.  Other business clients of Edinburgh Interchange include Tesla, DHL, Batleys, DPD, McDonalds and many more established businesses.

360 Virtual Tour

Panorama Photography gives you images from angles that aren’t possible with traditional ground photography. It shows the true image of your location and it enhances the light and space.
