This is a promotional video for Blue 2: an award winning web design & development agency based in Dundee, Scotland. Blue 2 hired us in partnership with Dundee City Council, Michelin Scotland Innovation Parc and Scottish Enterprise
Rising View were asked to make a promotional aerial drone video to highlight the fantastic Michelin Scotland Innovation Parc (MSIP), Dundee. Located to the West of Dundee, a short 10 minute drive from Dundee City Centre, on the former Michelin Tyre Factory site. Dundee City, a prime location to all major Scottish cities (Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow)
MSIP is an ambitious joint venture between Dundee City Council, Michelin, and Scottish Enterprise. An Innovation Parc created to drive growth and diversity in the Scottish economy while addressing the global climate emergency.

They understand the importance of professional aerial photography when it comes to marketing properties for sale or lease. They also wanted to try out our drone service as it puts them ahead of the competition.
We were happy to oblige and as you can see from the video we created a birds-eye view video of the area and also used a traditional ground-based video to create a virtual tour to highlight one of the properties that they had for sale.
As you can see, using drone photography enables you to bring attention to the features of the property that can’t be done with a traditional camera. You can also see the surrounding area. This is important if you are marketing your properties to people from outside Edinburgh or indeed Scotland.
A 360º interactive virtual panoramic tour gives a property viewer a different perspective. Space and light are highlighted and it shows off the property as if you are walking through it. You can see clearly where doors and windows are positioned and the amount of space available in the room.
